Over the weekend I worked really hard, cuz when I got on the scale on Sat the scale said 196.0. I was very disappointed, but I new where I went wrong. This morning, Mon, I weighed and the scale said 194.8 which made me so happy. Anyway, today I became a beachbody Coach. I am kind of apprehensive about it, to be totally honest. But maybe it will be for my best interest. I called the gym to set up childcare and they were booked. I am mad because I called 3 hours before and I pay for child care every month. Anyway I guess I can look at it as people are really changing the way they look. Well I am going to do my own workout tonight. That is what is nice about having the videos, cuz if the gym doesn't work out I know I can make it work at home.

I Hate thursday, not one of the 3 gyms in this area has a turbo class. I guess this could be a rest day, but who has time for those lol. I will do a Turbo Jam video I guess and say goodbye to the extra calories I ate. I guess when I become an instructer I will have to teach TurboKick on thursday.

Today was a great day. I burned 597 calories in my Turbo class this morning. We did 5 Turbos it was intense. But it felt great. Anybody heard of Shakology? We I had the privelegde of tasting one today. Yum it was good, gave me lots of energy. Thinking about becoming a Beachbody Coach. I love how I feel, exercising is the best anti depressant out there lol. Getting excited for the Turbo Training on the 19th. Remember nothing tastes as good as fit feels.

The title of this blog is My Journey, I used to think that that word was so cheesy. But really this is MY journey and I am going to share it with all who want to listen, So begining June 1st, we will start this journey together. I am on this journey to become a healthier person. There are a few reasons for this. I really want to look good in anything I put on and not have to keep trying on everything in my closet. Another reason is, and the most important, I want to have another baby. For those of you that have carried a baby when being overweight know what I am talking about. With my last baby, I wasn't able to carry her full term. My body had just had enough. I was working as a CNA at the time and my body just gave up. Anyway I want a stronger body for those reasons. My husband and I, Shayne, Joined Golds Gym in November. I went off and on doing pump classes and trying to push my way on the treadmill. Well I decided to try a class called Turbokick, one reason for not going to this class is because it is at 5:45 AM. But I have been doing Turbo Jam for four years and thought a live class would be fun to try. Well the instructer Shukria is one of the best. She is the one who started me on this so called Journey. She told me to take a before picture, I did that last night. I am sporting a new BodyBugg and that is my key to success. To date I have lost 5 lbs. I started at 200.o and am now at 195. I plan to share all my stats in hopes to inspire someone to begin thier journey. My bodybugg stats today were Steps:14,000 and 2850 calories burned. Since I have been using the bodybugg my hunger is not even there. Is it okay to not eat healthy snacks when you aren't even hungary. I have been told before to eat 6 small meals a day. But what if I am not hungary. And my cravings are gone, the other day my family went to IN N OUT, I love that place, but I had already eaten so I wasn't temped to get anything. I am going to sign off.
